Sales Leads, Mailing Lists and Contact Databases that Work

I have read and agree to First National Information Network's (FNIN) Terms and Conditions:
The following are Terms and Conditions upon which the pre-qualified Leads list ("Lead") of potential investors interested in specific area(s) of investment, are being rented to you ("Renter") by SalesRide.com:

    1. All information on Leads, and the Leads, rented from SalesRide.com is final, and cannot be returned once Renter is in receipt of such information.

    2. Leads shall not be duplicated, reproduced, or transferred without written leads authorization, and may not be resold for any reason whatsoever, any resold leads will be subject to legal action.

    3. Leads are available for unlimited usage. The information on each list may be used as many times as the renter requires for a period of up to one year.

    4. Leads may only be used by Renter for the purpose, e.g., category or categories of investment for which it was initially intended and for which is rented to Renter by SalesRide.com.

    5. All payments are Cash on Delivery (C.O.D.), unless otherwise mutually agreed to between Renter and FNIN. Prices are subject to change without notice. Cancellations of orders will be accepted provided reasonable payment for work in progress is made.

    6. All sales are final.

    Renter warrants and represents that it has the right, power, and authority to enter into this Agreement, and will indemnify SalesRide.com, its affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, and Employees from and against any and all claims, actions, damages, or suits which may result from Renter's improper and/or unauthorized use of this List.
